Adam Nili
Adam Nili is a lifelong entrepreneur whose extensive career began in high school with small ventures that gradually evolved into larger business projects. After building and successfully selling a promotions company at age 20, he co-founded a fast-paced startup where he made his first angel investment—a modest $5,000 that marked a major early milestone.
Despite encountering challenges—including setbacks as a co-founder twice and enduring significant financial and personal losses—Adam’s trajectory shifted in 2007 when digital lead generation opened new opportunities, allowing him to retire early and regroup.
Retirement was only temporary. Driven by his passion for investing and finance, Adam returned to the industry to explore private equity, family office management, and financial modeling, and he even sold financial algorithms to a company in Colombia. These diverse experiences paved the way for numerous advisory roles, such as consulting for a Presidential Agency in Colombia and serving as a startup advisor for Guayacán, a leading accelerator in Puerto Rico focusing on pre-seed and seed-stage ventures. His career has taken him across Argentina, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and now El Salvador.

Currently, Adam is the CEO and a Founding Partner at Methodos Global, an international advisory organization and venture studio that drives global impact through education, technology, and innovation. Under his leadership, Methodos Global has forged strategic MOUs with the governments of Colombia and El Salvador, underscoring its commitment to sustainable economic growth and technological advancement in emerging markets.
Reflecting his deep commitment to Bitcoin and modern financial education, Adam has developed initiatives that have reached every continent, integrating modern financial literacy and Bitcoin into university and institutional curricula.

In addition to his work at Methodos Global, Adam co-founded WeSpark in El Salvador, an innovation agency for governments and institutions where he leads strategy and institutional partnerships. At WeSpark, he played a key role in the co-design and strategic rollout of the Bitcoin Diploma 2.0, a national-level financial and Bitcoin education initiative implemented in El Salvador.
He is also involved in launching APD, a vertically integrated energy development company aimed at fostering sustainable growth. Beyond these ventures, Adam leads and advises global projects in energy, education, and health, impacting communities around the world.
Adam’s work increasingly focuses on Bitcoin, financial sovereignty, and institutional adoption frameworks. Through Methodos Global and WeSpark, he has contributed to large-scale Bitcoin education initiatives, including national curriculum development and executive-level onboarding programs designed for governments and treasury-focused organizations. Over the years, he has led teams in 29 countries using a customized operational system designed to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Looking ahead, Adam is enthusiastic about initiatives such as Indigo Mastermind and the Venture Bridge Program, which are designed to connect international investors with El Salvador's vibrant startup ecosystem. These initiatives bring together venture capitalists, private investors, and local innovators to bridge global expertise with local innovation, fostering growth and long-term impact.

“In today’s world, we’re surrounded by endless choices. Every day brings new opportunities, temptations, and quick shortcuts that promise success. But the truth is, you can have anything you want in life—you just can’t have everything. To achieve excellent results, you need focus. And one of the most powerful tools for focus is the ability to say no.
Saying no isn’t just about declining an offer or passing on a project—it’s about prioritizing. It’s about choosing where to direct your time, energy, and attention. By saying no to distractions, you create the space to excel in the areas that matter most to you.
No is more powerful than saying yes. Yes is easy—it’s the default that opens doors to everything. But no is intentional—it sharpens your focus, defines your priorities, and aligns your actions with your goals. When you say no, you set boundaries that allow you to invest deeply in what truly matters.
The most extraordinary achievements don’t come from doing many things halfway; they come from dedicating yourself to a few things wholeheartedly. Those who understand this principle say no to spreading themselves too thin. Instead, they focus on becoming exceptional in one or two areas, choosing depth over breadth.
In the end, your ability to say no determines your path. It becomes a filter that separates what’s essential from what’s merely possible, allowing you to build a life of meaning, purpose, and impact.
By focusing on the few things that matter most, you open the door to extraordinary results—and to a future that’s truly yours”.
