Our projects combine executive-level strategic thinking with human-centric facilitation. Most importantly, we don’t aim to stick around forever. We empower your team to think critically, act boldly, and become independent innovators.
Where is WeSpark based?
WeSpark was founded in Frankfurt, Germany, but is now proudly headquartered in San Salvador, El Salvador. We work globally with clients across the Americas, Europe, and beyond.

Activation Trainings are tailored educational workshops designed to help your team adopt a mindset of critical thinking, collaboration, and action. These aren’t lectures—they’re interactive, transformative experiences.
-
Learning Design is for institutions and organizations that want to create engaging, gamified, visual-first educational content. We turn static curricula into experiences people love to learn from.
What kind of companies does WeSpark work with?
We typically work with:
-
Mid- to large-sized companies
-
Government institutions
-
NGOs and Foundations
-
Universities and Accelerators
Our ideal partners have a clear challenge, decision-making power, and budget. We’ve worked with teams at Lufthansa, P&G, Microsoft, J.P. Morgan, Samsung, El Salvador’s government, and many more.
What’s the typical budget for a project with WeSpark?
Our pricing varies based on complexity:

###Section 3. Process & Engagement
How does the collaboration process work at WeSpark?
We follow a 4-phase structure for most engagements:
-
Discovery & Research
-
Co-Creation Sprint
-
Prototype & Direction
-
AI-Powered Extensions (optional)
Each step is custom-built for your context. You bring the challenge, we guide you through a journey that ends in action. The exception is if you book a training session that we already offer; then we can set a date for the training directly.
How long do projects typically take?
-
Trainings: 1 to 2 days
-
Design projects: 2 to 8 weeks
-
Learning Design: 1 to 6 months, depending on scope
What’s included in the Wespark deliverables for Product & Service Design & Development?

What if my project is still early stage?
If you’re still in ideation or pre-revenue phase, WeSpark might not be the right fit—unless your project is already funded and you’re ready to act. We specialize in helping teams move from challenge to execution, so we look for commitment, not just curiosity.
If you’re an individual looking to upskill or explore innovation on your own, stay tuned—we’re working on a B2C offering with training certificates for individuals coming soon!
What if our team has limited experience with innovation or AI?
That’s exactly who we’re built for. Our workshops and trainings don’t require prior experience—we meet your team where they are and guide them forward with clarity, confidence, and energy.
In fact, many participants walk away saying, “That was the best workshop I’ve ever had,” or “I wish every team meeting felt like this.” We don’t just teach innovation—we help people believe they can actually do it.
How do you ensure our team actually applies what they learned after the session?
We design every training and workshop to activate—not just inform.
Your team won’t just listen; they’ll participate, build, argue, test, and walk away with tools they actually want to use. We include visual frameworks, ready-to-use templates, and optional follow-up materials that embed the learning into their day-to-day. That’s why people often tell us it was their most impactful day at work in years—and why the results last long after we leave.
###Section 4. Industries & Focus
What are WeSpark’s strategic focus areas?
WeSpark's expertise brings extra firepower in:
-
Freedom Tech: Bitcoin, NOSTR, decentralized engagement
-
Energy & Connectivity: Rethinking infrastructure for access
-
AI & Next-Gen Internet: Digital experiences powered by artificial intelligent systems
Does WeSpark work with governments or NGOs?
Yes. We have advised the Government of El Salvador, collaborated with the Gloria Kriete Foundation, and supported national-level education programs.
What type of training does WeSpark offer?
We offer premium team trainings such as:
-
Design Sprint Bootcamp
-
Building AI Agent Workflows (no-code)
-
AI Sprint Bootcamp: Design AI Workflows and multiply your productivity in just 4 days
These sessions are interactive, mindset-shifting, and built for real-world application.
###Section 5. Education & Learning Design
What is WeSpark's “Next-Gen Learning Design”?
Our Learning Design transforms passive education into living, gamified experiences. We build:
-
LMS-ready curricula
-
Visual-first slides and storyboards
-
Interactive, bite-sized minigames
-
Facilitator toolkits
How is WeSpark's educational work different from traditional e-learning?
We combine storytelling, system thinking, and gamification to create materials that stick. No more endless text or boring slides. Every session feels alive—online or in-person.
Can WeSpark build gamified and interactive learning experiences?
Absolutely. That’s our specialty. We even use AI agents to guide or moderate some of the content.
Can you adapt your materials to accessibility or inclusion needs?
Yes—we can adapt learning materials and experiences for accessibility on request. Just let us know your needs, and we’ll make it happen.
What kind of organizations does WeSpark typically design learning for?
We’ve worked with governments, universities, foundations, and corporate innovation teams—especially those creating public-facing education, onboarding programs, or next-gen curricula.
In fact, education is the area we’ve worked on the most. From digital gamified lessons to full LMS-ready curricula, we’ve helped teams across sectors turn learning into an experience worth finishing.
Does WeSpark have experience with national or large-scale education programs?
Yes. We’ve designed and delivered large-scale learning programs in collaboration with government institutions and NGOs—often impacting thousands of learners. We know how to manage the complexity, align stakeholders, and still deliver visually stunning, gamified content that gets used.
Can WeSpark help us visualize or repackage existing content?
Absolutely. Some of our best work starts with raw content—PDFs, slides, or notes—that we transform into clear, visual-first learning journeys. We bring storytelling, gamification, and design thinking to educational materials, making even complex topics simple and engaging.
How does WeSpark ensure learners stay engaged?
WeSpark designs for attention and retention. We break down learning into interactive, bite-sized modules and reinforce key outcomes through minigames, visuals, and system thinking. Our goal is to create learning that feels more like a digital product than a dusty training manual.
###Section 6. AI & Innovation
How does WeSpark use AI?
WeSpark integrates Artificial Intelligence into product design, service automation, and education. From building agents to full automation workflows, we design tools that work for you 24/7.
Can WeSpark help me design AI workflows or agents?
Yes. Our AI workshops and custom build-outs help companies deploy intelligent automations. Whether you're starting or scaling, we create frameworks that grow with you.
What’s the “AI-Powered Extensions” phase in WeSpark's Design process?
It’s our optional 4th step where we transform your prototype into a living system. We build AI workflows that automate tasks, deliver insights, and support business decisions without human intervention.
What’s the ideal group size for a Design or Co-Creation Workshop led by WeSpark?
For Product and Service Design projects, we recommend 6 to 7 participants for the core part of the framework, specifically the Co-Creation Sprint phase. This allows for deep collaboration without overwhelming the process. We aim to include key stakeholders, decision-makers, and experts, ensuring the right voices are present when it matters most.
What tools or platforms does WeSpark use for AI and automation?
We’ll soon be publishing our full stack as part of the AI Sprint Framework—a methodology and toolkit designed by WeSpark. Stay tuned at aisprintbook.com for updates.
Do I need technical knowledge to join an AI workshop led by WeSpark?
Not at all. Our AI sessions are built for non-technical teams—product managers, business leaders, HR teams, educators, and innovators. We teach with visual tools and real-world use cases so that everyone leaves feeling empowered to design and use AI, no code required.
How does WeSpark keep up with fast-changing AI tools?
We actively use and test AI tools every week in our own business—so we’re always refining what we recommend. On top of that, we’re developing the AI Sprint Framework, our own method for designing useful AI workflows fast.
Coming soon at aisprintbook.com
Is AI included in all WeSpark projects?
Not always, but increasingly yes. AI is quickly becoming part of how we prototype ideas, automate operations, or power up learning content. If it fits your challenge, we’ll integrate it directly—no extra fluff, just useful intelligence that works for you.
###Section 7. Activation Training
How many people can join a WeSpark training session?
Our different Activation Trainings are designed for 10 to 40 participants, depending on the format. Currently, the AI Agent Building is more hands-on and works best with smaller groups (5–12 people). Design Sprint Bootcamps are optimized for groups of 10–20 to ensure full engagement and participation. Larger innovation mindset trainings, keynotes, or seminars can have larger groups at the cost of reduced interactivity.
How long are WeSpark's trainings?
Most trainings are half-day or full-day sessions. For example, the Design Sprint Bootcamp is a full-day workshop, while the AI Agent Building session typically lasts around 5 hours. We can adjust durations depending on your team's availability and learning goals.
Can WeSpark's trainings be customized to our industry or team culture?
Absolutely. Every WeSpark training is fully tailored—from exercises and examples to tone and visual tools. Your team won’t just learn innovation—they’ll experience it in a context that feels familiar, relevant, and immediately usable.
Does WeSpark offer certificates or follow-up resources after a training?
Yes. Participants receive optional digital certificates, and we often provide follow-up toolkits with the frameworks, templates, and resources used in the session. These help your team apply what they’ve learned and keep the momentum going.
Does WeSpark offer online or remote trainings?
Yes, we’ve successfully delivered fully interactive online sessions to teams around the world. Our remote format uses a mix of digital whiteboards, visuals, and facilitation tricks to keep energy high and engagement real—even through a screen.
###Section 8. Working with WeSpark
Does WeSpark offer services in multiple languages?
Yes! We offer services primarily in English and Spanish, and some workshops or materials can also be delivered in German upon request.
How do I get a quote for a WeSpark service?
Use the yellow button on our website to chat with our AI assistant (me). I will guide you through a quick synergy check and pre-quote process. If there's a good fit, a human colleague will follow up right away.
What are WeSpark's payment terms?
We typically charge 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. This helps us reserve the time and commit the resources your project deserves. We accept bank transfers and Bitcoin payments—no checks, no “I-owe-you’s,” and definitely no “quedan”.
Does WeSpark offer bulk discounts or special pricing for schools and NGOs?
Yes, we love supporting high-impact projects. Contact us directly to discuss custom pricing based on your impact goals. We only take on a few select projects with special pricing each year.
Can we combine multiple WeSpark services into one project?
Yes—we often combine design sprints, training sessions, or learning design into a single engagement.
Whether it’s under one contract or several, we’ll help you structure the project in a way that reduces risk and maximizes value. We’ll also guide you through the best sequence to combine services based on your goals.
Does WeSpark offer support after the project ends?
WeSpark is built to make your team independent. That said, if you need post-project sparring or ongoing support, we can stay involved under a separate consulting fee—but only if it truly adds value.
How many clients does WeSpark take per month?
We only onboard a maximum of two to three new projects per month. This ensures high-quality, personalized support.
What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
Because every project we take on is custom-built and requires dedicated time, we don’t offer standard refunds after a project kicks off. However, if we don’t deliver what we promise, we will offer a full or partial refund—because integrity matters more than policies.
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we assess the situation fairly. Depending on the type of training, location, and timing, we may charge a rescheduling fee or offer a partial refund. It’s always handled case by case.
We charge premium rates because our work reduces risk, not adds to it. That said, we also expect commitment from our clients. If a session is missed without notice, it usually involves a fee—because every no-show is a missed opportunity to serve someone else.
Can I collaborate or join the WeSpark network?
Yes! If you’re a builder, facilitator, illustrator, or trainer who shares our values, start by following WeSpark on LinkedIn—it’s our hidden prerequisite. We like to work with people who already vibe with what we do.
Once you’ve done that, reach out directly to Nelson (wespark.io/nelson) or Adam (wespark.io/adam) on LinkedIn (you’ll find their profiles in their bios on our website). We’re always open to great collaborations with people who care as much as we do.

That said, the real reason our projects succeed isn’t industry familiarity—it’s our process.
We are experts in learning fast, mapping complexity, and structuring innovation from the inside out. Within hours, we extract key insights from your team and turn them into clear action—no matter the industry.
And to be honest? We've often worked on far more complex projects than what clients expect. So don’t worry—we’re ready.

How does WeSpark compare to traditional consultants or training agencies?
We were created to stand apart from them.
Most consultants talk about innovation. We build it.
They rely on slides and theory—we bring real-world experience. Most have never launched a product, led a team, or taught what they actually do.
WeSpark is a team of doers. We teach what we’ve lived, we use the same methods that worked for us and our clients, and we’ve refined them through real-world results—not theory. As we say in our book, Unstable Innovation: “Through volume of experience, we negate luck.”
What if we already have an internal innovation team, can WeSpark provide any value?
Even better. We’re here to amplify, not replace, your internal capabilities.
In fact, many of our contacts are Heads of Innovation or internal innovation teams looking for external firepower. We’ve co-created entire innovation strategies for organizations with over 100,000 employees—by working hand-in-hand with the people already pushing change from the inside.
Can WeSpark work under NDA or keep projects confidential?
Absolutely. Most of our clients request NDAs—it’s part of our daily work. We’re happy to sign yours or offer a WeSpark NDA template that protects both sides and speeds up onboarding.
